  • Full Authority: We manage leasing, rent collection, and maintenance so you don't have to.

  • Dispute Resolution: Handled through arbitration under Kansas law for your protection.

Financial Handling & Payouts

When do I get the money?​

  • Monthly Distributions: Owner funds are processed and sent monthly.

  • Secure Trust Account: All funds are held in a dedicated, separate trust account.

  • Clear Responsibility: Owners handle mortgage, taxes, and insurance; we handle the rest.

Your Property, Your Decisions

We handle the day-to-day, but you keep the final word. Owner approval is strictly required for any non-recurring or non-emergency expense over $500. We ensure you are never surprised by an invoice.

Step 1: Consultation & Setup

We conduct a final property assessment and send your management agreement for digital signature.

Step 2: Documentation & Keys

You provide property access, insurance docs, and any existing lease information.

Step 3: Marketing & Launch

Your property goes live on Zillow and all major rental platforms. We handle the showings and professional vetting from here to find your ideal tenant.
